1. Create the following bound form
   1. The form should come up in browse mode, displaying the first record, file ordered by company name
   2. The navigation buttons should work, and not raise errors trying to walk off EoF/BoF.
   3. Edit and Add should shift the form into modify mode, Add should clear the input areas
   4. Cancel should:
      1. revert the input areas to the record before Edit/Add was clicked
      2. shift the form back to browse mode
   5. Save should:
      1. save the new/updated record to the database
      2. shift the form back to browse mode
