1. In PHP, implement a content statistics tool, to inform the blog manager on different metrics regarding the activities of users on the blog site. You may opt to research on your own how to accomplish the same in another high-level language.

2. Generate an automated email to users who are not in compliance with a certain rule. Implement this as a separate application, which will be used as a (simulated) external service to the blog.
