Group Project Guidelines

Project Title: Innovation and Creativity (Real issue solution)

Objective: The individual project aims to assess your ability to apply creativity and innovation concepts learned in the course to a real-world business scenario. You will identify a problem or opportunity within a business context and propose an innovative solution.

Project Description:

1. Problem/Opportunity Identification: Choose a specific business problem or opportunity where innovation is needed. This could be related to product development, process improvement, marketing strategy, or any other aspect of business.
2. Innovation Proposal: Develop a creative and well-researched proposal for addressing the identified problem or capitalizing on the opportunity. Your proposal should include:
   • Clear problem/opportunity statement.
   • A detailed description of your innovative solution.
   • The rationale behind your choice of solution.
   • An analysis of potential risks and challenges.
3. Implementation Plan: Outline a plan for implementing your proposed solution. Consider the resources, timeline, and steps required for execution. Highlight any key milestones and potential roadblocks.
4. Ethical Considerations: Discuss the ethical implications of your innovation proposal. Address any potential ethical concerns and provide strategies for mitigating them.
