1.Brainstorm things you can change in your proposal to make it better…

2.List 3 things you would like to incorporate

a) A Most outrageous change (The most completely Innovative and Outrageously Creative idea possible)

b) A significant change (A moderately Innovative and Creative idea that would take some effort, but would be possible and awesome to do!)

c) A simple change (The simplest incremental innovation that is a small improvement; there may be several improvements you can be making as you apply new material.

3. Edit your proposal to include at least one component of each of your changes…

4. Make sure to explicitly (using theory) measure your level of creativity.
