Critical Thinking

There is a mission president who handles the food missions at our outreach. She is responsible for coordinating with the other 5 staff members the times the food truck will come in, when boxes will need to be prepared, coordinating volunteers to help prepare the boxes and unload the truck, and ordering the food. However, the problem is she does not effectively communicate well, and she waits till the last minute to let people know when something needs to be done, and the time, she is very stubborn and has gotten into a routine of wanting things her way due to the other staff members having outside jobs, and she does not. The other staff members are now aggravated and upset due to her inability to communicate properly, and also, there is not enough food because she has been messing up the food order calculations when ordering the food. It has gotten so bad that now there are arguments and heated discussions between her and some other staff members during distribution due to her lack of communication and organization. Even in a team meeting, the conversation got heated, and emotions increased.
