Current Human Resource Issues in the US

Given so many of you are still in the process of obtaining their textbook, in lieu of a chapter assignment I want each of you to write two-pages summary describing your interpretation of current human resources management issues. As part of your summary I want each of you to include examples from personal experience. Towards the end of the semester we will discuss what strategies you feel contributed to the successes mentioned as well as what strategies would have best fixed the others. Be sure to include your thoughts on how the recent (and ongoing) pandemic contirbuted to the issues you discussed.
