Problem 2: Suppose you have a RNG that produces a pseudo- random sequence contained in the interval (0, 1). How can you easily modify this RNG so that it will produce an evenly (uni- formly) distributed sequence but rather contained in the interval (-1, 1)? Basically, if (En )n>1 is evenly distributed throughout (0, 1) how can you use that sequence to build a new sequence that will now allow negative numbers and be evenly distributed throughout (-1, 1)
