Cynthia's Catering Supplies negotiates a purchase of saffron from Marchbloom Foods. They ask if it is imported from Iran and explain that much of their business is with US-owned hotels, which will not accept any produce from Iran. Marchbloom Foods reply that they are aware of the issues with Iran and they buy their saffron from Spain. Cynthia's Catering therefore places an order for 50 kg. When the consignment arrives, Cynthia discovers that some of the 500 packets are marked, "Produce of Iran". She calls Charles at Marchbloom Foods, who says that they had bought saffron from Iran before the sanctions regime was announced, but when they discussed the order, he had forgotten about this as he had thought that all their Iranian supplies had already been sold. Advise Cynthia whether she can reject the consignment
