I have one question about the meaning about this legislation under Australian Consumer Law:

Section 29 (1)(l): make a false or misleading representation concerning the need for any goods or services.

English is not my mother language, so I'm a little confused.

What does 'need for any goods or services' mean? Could you explain that and give me some examples?
