definitely agree that analyzing the current workflow of the disease management program would be a beneficial starting point. By doing so, the leadership could better understand the production constraints, and analyze the efficiency (Lewis et al., 2009). I think it is a great approach to brainstorm ways to improve productivity by analyzing tedious tasks that could be performed by additional employees
