Describe the function of the Daily Scrum Meeting, what is discussed during the meeting, and why it is sometimes called a standup meeting. Be sure to provide enough detail for each meeting so a person new to Scrum would be able to understand.

Suppose you have just been put in charge of a team to develop a new textbook on cutting-edge project management principles and it was decided that Scrum would be utilized for its development. Your job is now to explain to your team, in detail, how the Scrum Methodology will be used on this particular project. In well-written paragraphs, walk through the Scrum flow in detail, explaining each role, artifact, and the flow as it pertains to your project but also be sure to provide details on how the textbook creation will be broken down into specific increments to be developed within specific sprints. For example, Sprint 1 might be to create the front and back cover artwork and the copyright information and intro pages. Sprint 2 might be to create the Table of Contents. Sprint 3 might be for Chapters 1 and 2, etc., etc., etc. Please be detailed enough so your new team is able to understand how they will be using Scrum to develop the new textbook.
