As a Lefke Municipality, we are interested to have a software which will help to manage the crisis within the borders of Lefke municipility. The program should take into consideration mainly, flooding, fire, and drought related information. You are requested to figure out therisks related to these events and make a plan for the comning year You can collect weather information and other information related to the area ( ex: there are creeks in the area and they can cause lots of problems in case there are lots of rain in the area), there is an artificial lake. You are requested to collect all the avalible information such as, the weather information, lake, creek information in addition to weather infor etc. and come up with a system to suggest solutions accordingliy. Again based on the previous informaiton about the fire, locations and the resouces, you should provide a notification system when there is high possiblity of having a fire in certain areas in certain times. You can assume that some of that information will be availible to you from the knowledegable people. They should able to enter this info in the system but then what you need to focus on is to have a system to get these informaiton and put them together in a meaningful way to create a reliable alarmning system. What kind of algorithm you will use and why, will be improtant. Your sysyem should process the inputted information on the map so that in case there is a high possiblilty of fire the system should be able to locate the possible places or if there is a fire should able to get notification and show on the map

Crises Management Software, basically our project is to make sure that the people of Lefke are pre-prepared for any natural crises (disaster) e.g. flood, earthquakes, Fire, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, storms etc., Because Cyprus is an island and we (the people of Lefke) are living on the edge of Mediterranean Sea. So, we are not sure about anything while we have a lot of applications that help us in various ways like weather app can tell us about heavy storms. But our software will not only help with the weather but also fire somewhere in Lefke or any injured person who is in that place where he/she cannot access the road very easily, that all kind of people can use our software and they would be able to call the emergency numbers in a just one single tap. Moreover, by using our software we would also ask for an emergency number whenever someone in trouble and he/she calls help (ambulance, fire service or etc.) that emergency number would automatically receive a text message or call saying that specific person needs your help or we can change it with time.

Team roles and duties, the chain of command, facts about the command center, the task system structure, and communication, protection, and recovery actions should all be included.
