Design a DEIB plan for my future workplace. 

1. What hiring and HR practices will I implement to ensure I am following sound DEIB practices? Consider recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding practices.  
2. How will I bring my DEIB goals into my organization's communications? E.g., will I include it in memos, mission statements, and marketing?
3. How will I fund my DEIB goals, and what will those funds support?
4. How will I ensure that underrepresented employees are heard? How will I collect feedback? How will I ensure there are open lines of communication among my team?
5. How will I ensure I am compliant with current employment laws? Who and how will I create checkpoints to make sure that happens?  
6. How will I educate my team on DEIB? What topics should I cover?
7. How will I meet my DEIB goals? What structures could I implement to ensure my goals are measurable?
