Design a neural network with one hidden layer and train it using the data provided by prprob Matlab function $($data without noise$).$ Show that the network successfully classifies the alphabetic characters. Then, add some noisy samples by adding noise to the first $6$ characters. Apply these samples to the network and print the output. Plot the character using plotchar Matlab function. Predicting the noisy characters, how accurate your designed network?
