Design and Code a VB application that do the following :

The user can select an item using a Drop Down menu list, then type the quantity and select if he is a Reward member or not. The application then should calculate and display the Total before and after tax as well as the discount amount for the members. ( Use NY sales Tax rate 8.75% and 10% discount for Members)
