Design the interface as figure given below using HTML. Save users’ input into a text file named complaint.txt and separate each information by using separator #. Add a hyperlink named View Complaint in the HTML document. Use PHP script to list all the complaints submitted by the users when this hyperlink is clicked. The recent complaints should be on the top.
