Examples of additional details could include anything along the lines of: asset specifications (what type of assets do you need to post on social media, what are the dimensions for the assets?), do you have a breakdown of all the team names, their branding guidelines and the player names?, do you have a list of sponsor deliverables for the event (between every match we must do an advertisement for X company). 5. Try to think outside the box and add details you have seen from esports events or traditional sports into your calendar
