You work in customer support and received an email from a customer unhappy with his recent experience at one of your company’s all-inclusive Caribbean resorts. The resort experienced heavy rainfall and flooding on the second day of the customer’s week-long trip resulting in most of the facilities (restaurants, lounges, pools, beach services, water sports, etc.) being closed for the remainder of his stay. The customer claims he didn’t receive what he paid for in regard to food, drinks, amenities, entertainment, and use of resort grounds.
