Develop a change management plan V1.0 This skills assessment has three (3) tasks. Carefully read the scenario, task description, and resources required to perform each task. Submission item: Skills Assessment 2 - Template Scenario: Note: This assessment is in continuation of the previous assessment (Skills assessment 1). Task description: There are three (3) tasks in this assessment and you must read the task description carefully for each task before performing it. Task 1: Develop a change management plan For this task, you need to develop a Change Management Plan using the organisational template provided in the assessment files. You also need to follow organisational project management policy and procedures to complete the task (included in the strategic plan). Develop a Change Management Plan filling in each of the following sections given in the template: Executive summary Strategic objectives ICT system changes Schedule Financial Task 2: Develop an action plan For this task, you must develop an action plan to implement the changes using the Change Management Plan, and the ICT Recommendations Report you have developed, as well as the scenario as a guide. You also need to follow organisational project management policy and procedures to complete the task. You should implement the Action Plan using the organisational template provided in the assessment files which is a component of the organisation's Project Management Policy and procedures. Task 3: Meeting with the supervisor Once you have developed the change management plan and completed the Action Plan, you are required to verbally discuss and submit these documents to your supervisor for review and feedback. Note that the assessor will play the role of your supervisor for the purpose of this assessment task.
