Develop a Developmental Action Plan for one of your subordinates that will help that subordinate be more ethical--the plan will focus on ethics. Select one leader trait or competency from DuBrin - use this trait as the focal point of your developmental action plan.

Remember you as the supervisor are not a part of the development for your chosen subordinate. You and the subordinate have met about the issue. The plan is developed for him/her to complete on their own.Be specific on the process, ensure the measure of success is objective and the resources align with the steps in the process.
