Develop a recruiting plan. The following must be included (but not limited to) in your plan:

a. What positions need to be hired?

b. Describe in detail:

1. Recruiting process

- How/where are you going to find people?

2. Selection of candidates' process

- How are you going to decide who to interview?

3. Interviewing process

- How to inform candidate you wish to interview them.

- How will the interview(s) take place?

- Who is conducting the interview(s)?

- Submit an interview(s) template(s) listing all the questions you will be asking on the interview(s).

4. After the interviews, what is your selection process?

5. How are you going to advise successful/unsuccessful candidates? Provide copy(s) of e-mail, etc.
