Develop a service program for your organisation which includes at least three 3 different customer-focussed services in the community services . Make sure you include clear strategies, methods, staff roles and responsibilities, and monitoring/evaluation methods in the plan. Document your plan clearly using organisational templates and following all relevant policies and procedures.
