Develop a short project (of your choice) using Microsoft Project

Integrate the following items:

Step 1: Write a short narrative of your project with Project Title and Brief Project Description*.

*Project description: Prepare the description as though you are introducing this project to the team members and the primary stakeholder (after project is approved / selected). The kickoff meeting should include how you (as a team leader) would accomplish the project with the support of your team member and the pathway to reach to the goal.

Step 2: Additional Info (improve your report) (15 points)

• Briefly describe your Role as a Project Leader
• Project charter (organizations goal and objective and how this project align with organizations strategic goal)
• Roles and responsibility of project members (who is responsible for what)
• Describe any specific process, procedure, constraints and risks in the project
• Closing comments on project deliverables and expected on quality
  • Use Approx. (4-9) Tasks (or more, if needed)

Step 3: Develop a Microsoft Project model (MS Project 2013 or 2016) (40 points)

Prepare a Gantt chart & tasks list

• Use approx. (4-9) Resources (or more, if needed)

Prepare a Resource list

[Task Tab > Resource Sheet under Gantt chart menu list]

• Budget ($1,000 - $50,000) (or more, if needed) and Schedule (10 90) days (or more, if needed). Prepare a Summary Statistics (with Budget & Duration)
