develop a training program

will be continuing our project that we worked on earlier in the semester by adding in a training and ntion program. Develop a training program for the production operators at XYZ company. Be sure to include a timeline of activities you will want them to do and benchmarks they should achieve. You are also wanting to make certain that you retain these employees after you have spent so much time recruiting, selecting, and training them. Develop a retention program and document how you will incentivize them to not want to be like so many present day workers, where they stay for 2 to 3 years and then move on to what is believed to be greener pastures
