Develop and deploy a system which will be used to track the daily activities of members of an applications support team.

The application should be able to do the following :

1. Allow the inputting of activities such as "Daily SMS count in comparison to SMS count from logs".
2. Enable personnel of the applications support team to update the status of each activity to either done or pending as well as input a remark for each activity.
3. Capture the bio details of the personnel updating the activity status as well as the time it was done.
4. Provide a view on all activities and the updates done to them for each day (meaning on each day all activities which personnel updated, what update was made to it and what time the update was done should be very visible to help manage the handing over of pending activities between personnel)
5. Provide a reporting view to enable querying of activity histories based on custom durations.
6. System should provide a level of user authentication before access is granted.
