*Side note: Professor likes to use SEP (someone else's problem) to describe arbitrary factors, so do not worry about those.

The SLURM dispenser The Wonder Design Co. (If it's a good design it's a Wonder) hns been selected to design the controller for the new SLURM drink machine. You are the project engineer on the control logic. There are three variations: Grande ($ 1.25), Superbo ($ 1.50), Maximus ($1.75). The machine accepts dollars and quarters and gives change in quarters. It requires that money will be entered before the selection is made. The acceptance and verification and return of money is an SEP. The select and money and return buttons are a clean, debounced signal. The customer will put in money and then select the required drink. If there is enough money the proper amount of SLURM will be dispensed and any change given. If not, the 'not enough money' light will be lit. The customer may put in more money or change his selection or have the money returned. As the money is entered the 3-digit display will show the current amount. A cup will be placed which takes 3 seconds and then the amount of SLURM dispensed for 6 or 9 or 12 seconds depending on selection and money entered. The money entered display is three seven segment digits. There is a light which says 'no change which is also SEP.
