The first souce Organizational behavior includes areas such as being dedicated to improving job performance, increasing job satisfaction, promoting innovation, and encouraging leadership and including human resources. Which also studies employee retention, engagement/morale, training, and culture. And the second source discusses, the workings in the healthcare industry with and overview of the major concepts of healthcare operations, government roles, public and private financing, as well as ethical and legal issues.
