Discussion on your organization's IT/IS department

This week we will discuss who are our IT/IS personnel in our organizations. In your discussion consider these questions and issues...this will be written text (not video).

What is the size and the business of your organization? -- My busines is for water bottling and we have almost 47 plant around the US How large is the IT department? -- IT Department is big, We have 8-10 Department and each department has atleast 5-6 resourses Who is in charge of the Department (CIO, COO, CEO, other?) Do you have a centralized or decentralized IT operation? Briefly describe the different roles that people play in the design, development, and use of information systems. How effective or ineffective is the organization? too big? too small? leadership confusion? etc. Are you aware of security policies and ethical uses of technology in your organization? Want to be part of the IT/IS team? IT Order Management who are responsible for Make sure all order are process smotthly.
