Discussion topic: As the project manager, you are responsible for project integration. Integration is complex. It aligns the corporate strategy, through portfolio management, to the project strategy; this leads to accomplishing organizational requirements. It must work within a defined project life cycle and must be managed. With that background, watch the following video. Discuss how this project was managed; what's the corporate strategy, what are the project goals, who are the stakeholders? How can the project manager improve the integration of the project requirements in this arena?
