Your textbook discusses ways to recover from a lost password. Assume that you have just received a call from a friend who cannot remember his/her password for a Windows 10 local account. They have tried every password they can think of and have given up on guessing what the password might be. The built-in administrator account on the system is disabled as usual and the only active account is the one that your friend has forgotten the password to. Is there a way to access this computer or is it time to wipe and reinstall the Operating System? Discuss.
