Here are four questions often raised by patients, health insurance stakeholders, and caregivers. What are the answers HCO leaders should convey?

How do I know care here is any good?

Why are six dimensions (care that is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable) of excellence necessary?

How well does this HCO achieve high reliability and a culture of safety (i.e., catheter-associated urinary tract infections, patient falls, and so on are pushed to zero)?

Why is it important that patients have an interprofessional team with perspectives from various health professions?
