(2004), el artculo de Lievens (2007) y el video Prueba de juicio situacional (CNSC, 2021), Cada tem debe presentarse en una tabla con la siguiente informacin:

i. Nombre de la competencia o dimensin de empata: de acuerdo con el marco terico que construyeron.

ii. Tema o contexto: (suele ser un contexto: laboral, acadmico, familiar, entre otros), de acuerdo con la tabla de especificaciones diseada en el paso anterior. Deben hacer por lo menos un tem de cada cruce (dimensin/contexto) de la tabla de especificaciones.

iii. Situacin: un caso o situacin hipottica de un contexto real en el que la persona pueda dar cuenta de expresiones empticas de acuerdo con lo definido en el marco terico y la tabla de especificaciones.

iv. Enunciado: tarea o elemento especficos del caso que debe valorar el evaluado.

v. Opciones de respuesta: tres cursos de accin que podra realizar la persona con base en el anlisis de la situacin planteada.

vi. Clave: indicar cul de las tres opciones es la respuesta correcta y justificar por qu.

vii. Justificacin los distractores: explicar porque cada una de las otras dos opciones no es la correcta frente a la situacin planteada. 6. Key: indicate which of the three options is the correct answer and justify why.

7. Justification of the distractors: explain why each of the other two options is not correct in the given situation.
