Dmitri speaks English and Russian fluently and has an excellent sales background. He is also familiar with Russian customs and culture, which is one of the reasons he was hired. The company is sure his understanding of the area will help him serve existing customers and generate new business there.

The company has a strict code of ethics that forbids employees to offer or accept bribes and kickbacks.
