The Shipping Clerk writes in the Shipping Date and the Bill of Lading Number on both copies of the Sales Order and includes one copy of the Sales Order in the box of spoons as a Packing List. The Shipping Clerk then gives the Bill of Lading to the UPS driver along with the packed spoons.
