Do you agree that these factors influence the way we perceive people?

Everyone has their first impression and opinion on people they meet. When you first meet someone, they are automatically checking out how you dress, how you talk, what your attitude is like, etc. That person you are meeting for the first time is trying to get a feel on who you are as a person. Now with doing a job interview, the interviewer is seeing who you are and how you would fit best for the company. Interviewers are feeling you out as a person, but more to see if you are the right fit for that job or career. I feel as though interviewers make more judgments than regular people, because it is important to find the right candidate.
