I believe that associates should have to work in teams, even if they do not want to. It is their job to listen to their supervisor, so if the task falls into their job description, then they should have to do it. I think it would be different if the task did not fall under their job description, then they would be able to say no they do not want to. Even if they do have to work in teams, they will still be evaluated by their supervisor individually. Every employee is evaluated by their supervisor everyday, whether they are working in teams or working individually.
