Documenting real-world experiences as a Crisis Counselor allows you to reflect on areas of professionalism, your strengths, areas for continued improvement, and ethical and cultural considerations. It requires you to prepare for upcoming service with the population you serve.

• Include one or more theoretical principles/frameworks associated with each goal.
• Identify specifically how you will achieve the previously mentioned goals.
  • Conduct additional research to support your strategy.
  • Incorporate research from at least three applicable and authoritative sources (scholarly, academic, or government; one source can be application-based).
• There should be two action steps per goal, for a total of 6 action steps. Detail each step (with specific times, dates, and details) in more than four sentences.
