Does it matter whether it is within the scope of your individual responsibility, if you are able to negotiate a good deal on costs with a supplier? Explain

Regardless of my status or authority, l have the right to negotiate and present my own conditions and offers because a negotiation, as long as it's clear and backed with good intentions, is being made to come up with deals that will be agreed upon which will then benefit both parties. Having the skills to negotiate is an asset because it shows that a person has an open mind and creativity that will allow them to get the best while also giving nothing less in return. Negotiating is not equated with power or getting the bigger slice. it starts with presenting or offering steps that are either added or changed from the system. As i said, it must be crafted to benefit both parties. That way, the deals would be fair and it would not be wrong for a person to negotiate especially in terms of good pricing and advantages.
