Donna Leek, Larry Leonardo, John Borden, and Cindy Buschmann were all, at one point, employed by Auburn Honda in California. Auburn Honda was owned solely by one person: Jay Cooper. All of the employees, who were older in age, had worked for the company for several years. All four employees were fired; all parties claim they fell victim to age discrimination.
