Draw the block diagram of a 16Gx64- bit RAM using 8Gx32-bit RAM ICs, external gates, and decoders. Use a minimal number of components. Each RAM IC has R/W', CLOCK, EN', Data (D0-Dm), and Address (A0-An) pins. The Block diagram of the RAM IC is shown in Figure 2. You may use a generic decoder IC block diagram in your solution.
