Assignment 4: Due Date: on or before 4.27.23 Reading: Chapters 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17 Topic: Task: Pre-job/task Safety Review Work in groups of four (at least more than one) and develop a pre- job/task safety routine for a hypothetical crew working on a compounding or extruding line in a manufacturing facility in Chattanooga. This assignment should be submitted in paragraph form that includes the daily routine of the crew as they prepare to accomplish a task (the task can be startup of equipment, maintenance of equipment, installation/construction of new equipment or structure, etc.) Include with the submission any documents such as a tool box talk, checklists, (M)SDS, etc. The project should be roughly 2 pages in length (less any additional documents). Presenting in an RFP format is recommended.
