Description

Youve put together a great plan in Group Project Part $1$: Contract and Plan, and now its time to translate that plan into a finished product. Your final job as a group is to use your plan and feedback from Group Project Part $1$: Contract and Plan to create the final product for your presentation. Remember if you have any questions, email your faculty.

Groups

This is a group project. You are expected to complete all parts of the process as a team as equitably as possible according to your Team Contract. Once completed, the team facilitator should submit one copy of the presentation and the documentation process in the assignment folder.

Directions

Create your final presentation based on the topic you selected in Group Project Part $1$: Contract and Plan and the feedback from your faculty. This is like an in$-$class presentation that is recorded and submitted online instead of delivered in person.

Use the visual presentation format you chose in Group Project Part $1$: Contract and Plan.

Font choices must be legible, spoken word must be clear and loud.

Avoid inserting music or images that interfere with your content.

Provide references with your submission at the end or as a separate file. You are encouraged to provide in$-$text citation or acknowledgement of resources where appropriate $($including for images youve used!$).$

Make your final project visually appealing, and remember to include an audio component $-$ there needs to be something to both see and hear.

Organize your presentation in a logical way. Consider using subheadings or sections.

Videos and pre$-$recorded slide shows should be between $5-10$ minutes long. Consider applying captioning as well as spoken words. All videos must be originally created $($e$.$g$.$ you may not use YouTube or other pre$-$recorded videos$).$

Presentation time should be split equally between all group members and therefore each presenting group member should be seen while presenting.

Presentations can include visuals such as slides, picture galleries, or comics.

Title pages, organizational slides, and references pages will NOT be counted towards the final page length.

Documentation of Process $($Complete this section collaboratively$)$

Summarize the contributions of each team member to Group Project Part $2$: Final Presentation phase of the project. Include information about members who have not contributed, comments about how each member conducted their assigned role $($i$.$e$.$ facilitator, editor, document manager, note taker$),$ and any applicable Team Contract violations$/$consequences$.$

Evaluate your final product. Are you happy with the results and the process? What grade does your team think you deserve? What would you do the same if you could do this again? What would you do differently? Be sure to include the opinions of all group members.
