During the malaria disease outbreak in East Africa, Officials distributed both treated and untreated mosquito nets. Many public health practitioners questioned the reliability of untreated mosquito nets in reducing the disease outcome, specifically fever. Temperature readings were taken. They conducted comparative measurements of temperature readings among 10 randomly selected people using untreated mosquito nets and those using treated mosquito nets simultaneously and found the mean difference to be 0.7 with a standard deviation of differences in temperature between those using untreated mosquito nets and those not using treated mosquito nets be 0.44. Readings were in degrees Celsius. Assuming the results were normally distributed, test the claim that the infrared thermometer was more heat sensitive using a 0.05 significance level.
