a) Any secondary authority that the court is not required to follow but does so because it finds the secondary authority persuasive

b) An opinion written by a court from a jurisdiction different from one where the court considering the opinion is sitting

c) An opinion written from an inferior within your jurisdiction

d) A finding aid such as Shepard's Citations
