The premise of the fundraiser is that people donate baby items to help fill a crib, you promote the event out to the public and then individuals drop off their donations on a set day between set hours.
This year a business in the community caught wind of the fundraiser and has offered to promote within their own business and act as a second location. This yielded a 50% increase in donations. Your organization realized that identifying external stakeholders can help to grow this fundraiser. However, there currently isn't time to identify and liaison with external stakeholders.
How would we get from the current position, fill the gap and make the event larger.
The overall goal would be to have 20 crib set up across the city, promote the cribs on local news and through social media, have someone go around and collect the cribs and donations, organize the donations and drop them off to the appropriate locations.
