5.Locate the physical address for the company who sells the product or service.

6.Locate the name of the person or department who would hear customer service issues.

7.Locate the email address for the person/department who hears customer issues.

8.Does the seller have a written return policy? State the details of that return policy.

9.Was the policy communicated at the time of purchase (at the till or on a receipt).

10.Name of the company who manufactured the product.

11.What is the company's website?

12.Locate the physical address for the manufacturer of the product or service.

13.Locate the name of the person or department who would hear customer service issues.

14.Locate the email address for the person/department who hears customer issues.

15.Is there a manufacturer's warranty for the product or service?

State the details of that warranty.
