Ellen, an actress, was under contract with MegaStar Prod to star exclusively in the latter's films for two years. Ellen was prohibited by the contract to star in any film produced by another producer. Felipe, the owner of SuperStar Movies, induced Ellen to prematurely rescind her contract with MegaStar Prod by giving her twice her salary. MegaStar Prod sued Felipe for damages. Felipe said that he cannot be liable for anything because he have no contract with MegaStar Prod, hence, MegaStar Prod is wrong for going after him for they should solely file a case against Ellen.
