Emergency School Remodel - Critical Path.

You are the PM for the contractor on the emergency school remodel outlined in Assignment 6. You are working to address the fire sprinkler head rupture that damaged ceiling tiles, drywall, paint, and flooring. During the remodel you hear from the supplier that the carpet for the project is no longer manufactured and is not available locally. You are informed of this on Sunday at 8 AM when you go to pick up the carpet. The owner will not accept an alternate. There is a roll of the same material available at a vendor that is a 9.5-hour drive (one way) away, but you will have to send an employee to go pick it up because the vendor does not deliver on weekends. Tasks: 1. Using the schedule you created for Assignment 6, highlight the critical path. 2. Write one paragraph on how this problem with the carpet impacts the critical path and why the critical path can change.
