She can fulfill approximately 90% of her duties which consist of greeting and interacting with customers. On any given shift there are 10 greeters on duty who spend approximately 30 minutes during each 8 hour shift cleaning windows, rotating 03 PM 5 6 the work amongst themselves. Ayesha is unable to perform any cleaning tasks. As the hiring manager, you advise her: 7 8 ( 1) it is impossible to accommodate her without undue hardship to the company. 106 AM line Coun 10 11 12 (2) the company is not required to hire her but will make an exception in this case. ( 3) the company is not required to hire her but will split her cleaning tasks to the 13 14 15 03 AM other team members. (4) the company will assign the cleaning tasks to the remaining greeters; in exchange Ayesha will work exclusively as a greeter for the entire 8 hour shift
