Enable at least three individuals with mental health issues; 1) has clinical depression

2) has anxiety, 3) has BPD

gain self-advocacy skills by:

building an understanding of advocacy issues and choices available identifying and overcoming barriers helping them develop their self-advocacy strategy and arguments providing opportunities for practicing self-advocacy providing self-advocacy resources supporting them to document the circumstances and events relevant to the advocacy situation
